Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Salzburg, Austria. For consumers within the European Union, this does not affect your rights under consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of our services and materials
• We will return or destroy your confidential information as requested
• Payment obligations for services already provided remain in effect
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination

Force Majeure

nexarionex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

Modifications
